During the blended mobility ‘A story of Europe’ which took place in Varna, Bulgaria between 1st  - 9th of July participants from Spain, Italy and Bulgaria had the opportunity to gain key entrepreneurial and sport competencies. Through the involvement of the participants in eight activities connected to organization and facilitation of ETS activities and traditional sports and games, the participants were in the shoes of people with special needs, they improved their goal setting, effective communication, strategic planning, team management and team work, organizing and facilitating skills, communication and self-awareness. They discovered the power of sport in education and entrepreneurship. The participants had more opportunities to exchange knowledge in sessions such as ‘Human library’ and ‘Ted talks session’ in which more experienced members of the group contributed to the Blended Mobility with entrepreneurial advices and good practices. They also spent quality time together during the breaks, where the informal communication, fostered by the objectives of the blended mobility via activities such as the intercultural night, contributed to the intercultural exchange.
